Who we are

What we collect, and why
Only what the form asks for. There is nothing hidden in it.

What we deliberately do not collect
- Your internet address. We keep the country your connection came from and discard the address itself. It is personal information with no use to us here, and the surest way never to mishandle it is never to hold it.
- Anything about how you browse. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
- Cookies. This site sets none. That is why there is no cookie banner.
The one third-party service on this site
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than an automated script. It loads a script from Cloudflare and may set a short-lived token to do that check. It is the only external code this website loads, and it runs only on pages carrying the form.
Where it goes and who can see it
Submissions are stored in a database run by Cloudflare in the western United States. Access is limited to us. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks, and we do not pass it to a partner agency.
Two details about how the record is kept, because they affect what it can be used for. The time of arrival is set by our server rather than taken from the submission, so it cannot be altered by whoever sends it. And when an enquiry is eventually passed to a business, the record has room for exactly one recipient — adding a second would be a visible change to the database rather than a quiet one.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clearly of no further use — whichever comes first. If we have not spoken and you have not replied to us, we remove the enquiry after two years.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it, which we will do unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you, which we will do immediately and permanently.
Email privacy@kaizenleadsco.com for any of these. You do not need to explain why.
Children
This site is for people running businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
