Kaizen Leads Co., trading as Kaizen Leads, a Kaizen Data Ventures company. We build websites that find local work and rent the calls to one business at a time.
What we actually do
We pick a kind of work and a place where the existing websites are poor or missing, build a good one, and get it ranking. Then we hand the calls to a single business doing that work in that town. We keep the site.
It is a narrow business on purpose. We are not a marketing agency, we do not run your advertising, and we do not want access to your accounts. If what you need is someone to manage your marketing, we are the wrong people and will tell you so.
Where we are up to
Early. We are building the first sites now. That is why the first calls are free and why there are no case studies on this website — not as a modesty device, but because there is genuinely nothing yet to show you, and putting up something that implied otherwise is the exact behaviour that made this category untrustworthy.
When there are results, they will appear here with the dates they happened and where the numbers came from. Until then, everything we say is about how we behave rather than what we have achieved.
Who is behind it
Ryan Lewis. I build and run the sites, and if you book a call it is me you will speak to. There is no call centre and no account manager between us.
Kaizen Data Ventures is the parent. A sister operation, Kaizen AI, works on internal automation for businesses — different job, different budget, and nothing we would cross-sell you into.
How we make money
Rent. We own an asset that produces calls and we charge for access to them, starting free, then a share of work you win, then a flat monthly figure once there is a track record worth planning around. We are not paid by anyone else, we take no commission from suppliers, and we do not sell data.
That is the whole model. If it stops being worth the money for you, you stop paying and we rent the site to someone else.
