KaizenLeads

The calls come to you. Not to five of your competitors.

We build and own websites that rank for the work you do, where you do it. When the phone rings, that call goes to one business. Yours. The first ones are free.

  • One business per trade, per town
  • No contract

What we will not do

This is the part worth reading first. Most of what makes this different is what we have ruled out.

We do not sell the same call twice

One call goes to one business. There is nowhere in our records to put a second name, so this is a promise you could audit rather than one you have to take on faith.

One business per trade, per town

While you are with us, nobody else rents your kind of work in your town. We will tell you plainly which nearby trades and towns that does not cover, before you agree to anything — because you would otherwise assume it covered them, and that assumption is ours to correct first.

We do not sell your details

Not to a data broker, not to a partner, not to anyone. Your answers on this site come to us and stop there.

No contract, and no notice period

Stop whenever it stops working for you. We keep the website either way, because we own it — which is also why we can afford to let you leave.

We will turn you away if you are full

If you cannot take more work, calls are worth nothing to you and a bad month is worth less than nothing to us. We would rather say so on the first call.

How it works

One

We pick the work and the place

Public records, search demand and the state of the existing websites tell us where a good site is missing. We choose before we build, and we choose narrowly.

Two

We build the site and rank it

A real website about one kind of work in one place, with the local detail that pages written from a template never carry. Every figure on it names its source.

Three

The calls go to you

When the site starts ringing, the calls go to one business in that trade and town. You get them free to begin with, so you can judge them before any money changes hands.

The longer version, including what we build

Tell us what you do and where

Six questions, then how to reach you. You will get a straight answer about whether your trade and town is somewhere we can work — including if the answer is no.

This form is not switched on yet.

Its spam check is still being set up, and until that is finished anything sent here would be rejected rather than reaching us. We would rather tell you than take your answers and lose them.

Nothing else on this site depends on it — how this works and what differs between the arrangements are both worth reading while you are here, and the form will be working shortly.

Questions people ask

You are new. Why should I believe any of this?

You should not, yet. We have no case studies, no testimonials and no results to show you, because we have not been doing this long enough to have earned them. Everything on this page is a promise about how we behave, not a claim about what we have achieved — and that is deliberate, because the second kind would be invented. This is also exactly why the first calls are free: you get to judge the work before you pay for any of it, and if it is no good you have lost nothing but a conversation.

How is this different from the lead services I already pay for?

Most of them sell the same enquiry to several businesses and let you race each other to the phone. We own the website the call came from, so there is exactly one business on the other end of it, and that is us keeping our own asset useful rather than a favour to you. The other difference is that we carry the cost of building and ranking the site whether or not it works.

What does it cost?

To begin with, nothing — you take the first calls free and decide whether they are any good. After that we would rather charge a share of work you actually win than a flat fee for calls you might not, so that is where we start. We do not publish a price because it depends on what a job is worth to you, and quoting one before we know that would be a number we made up.

What happens if I stop?

You stop. There is no notice period and no contract to exit. We keep the website, because it was ours the whole time — that is the arrangement, and it is why leaving is cheap for you.

Do you work in my trade and my town?

Possibly not yet. We build in one trade and one place at a time and we are early, so the honest answer for most people is "not there yet, and here is what is nearest." Tell us what you do and where, and you will get a straight answer rather than a sales call.
